Seatimers who hold maritime qualifications high than coxswain 1 are invited to apply for a volunteer position as Academy Master during their sea time. If accepted there are no Academy fees to pay while you accumulate your sea time. You get your seatime signed. Academy gets your assistance working with students. This is a win-win situation.
